Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the product back. We will provide you with the return instructions and the applicable return address.

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can resolve the issue.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing times.

Certain goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including personalized or made-to-order products, sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other statutory exceptions.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
